Natasha Oommen

Natasha is the founder and driving force behind Operation Thank You: FrontLine Meals. Passionate about helping others, Natasha paired up her project management and business analysis skills with other like minded professionals to help bring the idea to life.

Hilary McNevin

Founder of Turnip Media, Hilary is the communications manager responsible for media liaison and promotion. Hilary is a freelance food writer, copywriter, digital content creator, MC, events organiser and facilitator. She has previously been a regular contributor to GoodFood, Broadsheet, The Guardian, SBS Food Online, Winestate magazine and the Weekly Review.

McHenry Partners

McHenry Partners are the trustee administering the funds raised through the program. McHenry Partners was formed by Stephen McHenry in 1995 and provide accounting, taxation, book keeping and financial planning services from their Melbourne and Geelong offices.

Northern Health - Northern Hospital & Broadmeadows Hospital

Northern Hospital, part of Northern Health, is playing a central role in responding to the COVID-19 outbreak across our Victorian communities through their fever clinic, respiratory and intensive care units.

The Royal Melbourne Hospital, Parkville

The Royal Melbourne Hospital has a screening clinic set up specifically to test for COVID-19. The Screening Clinic is open from 0700-2100hrs 7 days a week. The Royal Melbourne Hospital will be the first site to test the effectiveness of two drugs in fighting COVID-19 in patients who have been hospitalised.

Health Services - Bundoora, Craigieburn & Fitzroy North

The health service centres are providing ongoing and essential frontline support to the community during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Melbourne Pathology - Chadstone, Northland, The Glen & Eastland

Melbourne Pathology have set up dedicated COVID-19 collection sites for the convenience of patients. All patients must present with a pathology referral from their doctor for COVID-19 testing.

The Alfred Hospital, Melbourne

The Alfred is one of the many screening clinics established by the Victorian State Government. Their clinic screens people who believe they have come into contact with COVID-19. Open, 7 days a week from 8am - 6pm,  the Alfred COVID-19 Screening Clinic is located at The Alfred, 55 Commercial Road, Melbourne.

Victoria Police - Multiple sites

We're working with local stations and highway patrol units around Melbourne to show our support. It's been a pleasure to provide meals to Melbourne Custody Centre, Fitzroy, Southbank, St Kilda, Victoria Police Centre, Rosebud and Epping.

Ambulance Victoria - Multiple sites

It's been a pleasure to provide meals to multiple Ambulance Victoria branches including: SRC North West, ARU West, Bayside, Heatherton, MICA 11 & Springvale, Seaford, Caulfield, Brighton, Vermont, Burwood, Eltham, Watsonia, Bulleen, Rosebud, Essendon, Moonee Ponds, Craigieburn, Dallas and Montrose.

DHHS Emergency Services

The Department of Health and Human Services supported us to provide meals to the Emergency Services Teams at Flemington.

Co-Health COVID-19 Testing

We have been supporting the testing sites set up at Niddrie, Ascot Vale, Braybrook and West Footscray.

St Vincent's Public and Private Hospitals, Melbourne - Multiple sites

St Vincent's Public and Private Hospitals have excelled in the delivery of quality patient care for over 100 years. We have been pleased to provide meals to the multiple campuses of St Vincent's including St Georges Hospital and St Vincent's on the Park.

Calendar Cheese

Calendar Cheese are a leading distributor of international & Australian speciality cheese. They have generously partnered with us and are donating beautiful dairy products and pickles every week.

Mount Zero Olives

The team at Mount Zero Olives have very kindly donated 60 litres of Olive Oil and 100kg of beans and pulses to give to those in hospitality who have signed up to cook for FrontLine Meals.

Sunny Queen Farms

Sunny Queen Farms have been producing Australia’s smiley faced eggs for over 80 years. They have generously donated a range of egg products.

Feed the FrontLine

Feed The Frontline Aus kindly donated the remainder of their funds left over from their campaign.

Kapiris Bros

Kapiris Bros are now in their 3rd generation, specialising in tomatoes, capsicums and rockmelons. They have made a huge donation of 500 kilos of fresh vegetables to be turned into high quality meals.

Australian Defence Apparel

ADA is Australia’s largest and primary manufacturer of garments for the Australian Military. Their commitment to combining textiles and technology to solve design problems also stems across Law-Enforcement, Healthcare, and Corporate industries. FrontLine Meals are very grateful for the significant financial contribution they have made.

1826 Photography

1826 was founded by award winning photographer John Donegan in 1982 and the team continue to be industry leaders. They have graciously donated their time to help capture some fantastic photos for FrontLine Meals.

Moroccan Soup Bar

Established in 1998, the Moroccan Soup Bar is founded on the concept of open hospitality, and a mindfulness of their tread. They want to recreate the experience of being at an eatery in Morocco with the values of community, justice and environment responsibility at the centre of their business. Their businesses are vegetarian, whereby they showcase that a no meat cuisine can enhance the flavours of cooking and not compromise them.

Atlantic Group

Atlantic Group combines the finest local produce, culinary innovation and an industry-leading creative edge, to create world-class dining and event experiences at any location you can imagine. Famous for creative, culinary styles that engage all the senses and bring a distinctive and playful aesthetic to food and decor, you may have experienced Atlantic Group at some of Australia's biggest events such as the Melbourne Cup Carnival, Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival and the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix. During this time of Covid-19, the group has created Atlantic Group at Home and we are thrilled they are participating in FrontLine Meals.

Edge Hospitality

Owned and operated by Chef Paul Cooper – formerly of acclaimed Sydney restaurant Bishop Sessa – Edge Hospitality is built on well-priced, quality menus and professional, friendly service. In the wake of the COVID-19 disaster, Edge Hospitality has just launched it’s at home dining packs. They are reaching out to hospitals, retirement villages and aged care facilities to offer assistance in this time of need.

Dolce Gusto Niddrie

Dolce Gusto are a family owned business in the heart of Niddrie specialising in Southern Italian food - pizza romana, Italian pastries and desserts. All their food is made in house with recipes handed down from decades ago. Their pastas and pizzas are made fresh by hand, their sweets are made every morning and filled with homemade patisserie crema... just like in Italy! They love giving their customers the best quality food, especially with the most important ingredient - Love.

Heart Attack and Vine

Heartattack and Vine was started by a team of four people: Jono Hill and Hootan Heydari (the pair behind previous cafés a minor place and Wide Open Road), and Emily Bitto and Nathen Doyle. The initial idea grew out of a trip that Emily and Hootan made to Italy and Spain in 2014, where they fell in love with the simplicity and hospitality of the many small neighbourhood bars they hung out in. They continue operate to the same principles, but now just in takeaway/delivery form.


Casey Wall, Manu Potoi and Michael Bascetta, who own Bar Liberty, are behind this Italian-American restaurant. Chef Wall developed the unfussy and approachable menu after research trips to his home in the US. Takeaway pizza is available to order on Capitano’s website.

Farce Charcuterie

When all the stadiums, racecourses, restaurants, cafes and bars closed, Jon Bussell decided to help people who are self isolating or working on the front line with delicious comfort food. They are currently offering a range of terrines, pâté and pickles that can be delivered.

Mister Sandrino

Great food, great wine, great owners what else could you ask for? Mister Sandrino are currently making ready-to-heat meals to enjoy at home. All food comes with heating instructions and can be frozen for future feasting.

LadyBoy Dining & Bar

Bringing a bit of playfulness and frivolity to Bridge Road, this modern Thai restaurant is the place to be for a fun night out and a delicious feed. The food is fun and creative like the decor, inspired by south-east Asian cuisine.

Seven Star

Top quality Italian Pizza, Pasta & Fresh Salads also available in a takeaway form. They use traditional Italian cooking techniques that enhance the classic and authentic flavors of the dishes even more.

Zarb and Ru

Still open and serving coffee and jaffles. Some days they may close early if it gets quiet.


Fantastic fresh food, fabulous flavours and fun, friendly staff. Authentic Lebanese food and coffee with excellent service.
