Moroccan Soup Bar
Established in 1998, the Moroccan Soup Bar is founded on the concept of open hospitality, and a mindfulness of their tread. They want to recreate the experience of being at an eatery in Morocco with the values of community, justice and environment responsibility at the centre of their business. Their businesses are vegetarian, whereby they showcase that a no meat cuisine can enhance the flavours of cooking and not compromise them.

Heart Attack and Vine
Heartattack and Vine was started by a team of four people: Jono Hill and Hootan Heydari (the pair behind previous cafés a minor place and Wide Open Road), and Emily Bitto and Nathen Doyle. The initial idea grew out of a trip that Emily and Hootan made to Italy and Spain in 2014, where they fell in love with the simplicity and hospitality of the many small neighbourhood bars they hung out in. They continue operate to the same principles, but now just in takeaway/delivery form.
